Dina Sakita-White is a Partner with Rose Carson Kaplan Choi & White LLP’s Newport Beach office. Ms. White advises corporations and individuals regarding all aspects of corporate immigration law, and works with federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of State.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. White was a Partner with Rose Rix & Bennett LLP, a business immigration firm located in Half Moon Bay, California, and an Associate Attorney with Won-Chung & Baker LLP, a business immigration law firm located in the Silicon Valley. She also worked as a Tax Associate with a "big-five" accounting firm in the Bay area.
Ms. White received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California in 1999, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where she double-majored in Political Science/International Relations, and Dance/World Arts and Cultures. Ms. White has co-authored an article for the West Group's International Human Resources Journal and co-taught a seminar on Corporate Immigration at University of California Extension. Ms. White also represents pro bono clients in the area of immigration and is a volunteer attorney with the National Center for Refugee and Immigrant Children.
Ms. White is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Asian American Bar Association.
