Ronald R. Rose is one of the founding partners of Rose Carson Kaplan Choi & White LLP. He has been practicing Corporate Immigration Law for over 25 years. His practice has long emphasized representation of high technology and entertaiment industry clientele. Prior to founding his own boutique law practice, Mr. Rose was a partner with a global oriented firm specializing in international tax and business law. He was Chair of the Immigration Department of the firm and also worked on matters that involved integration of immigration and international tax issues.

Mr. Rose has lectured extensively on Corporate Immigration Law and currently is on the faculty of the University of California Extension, where he has taught courses for human resources professionals such as "Homeland Security Compliance Issues for Human Resources Departments", "Legal Issues: Employment of Foreign Nationals," and "Sexual Harassment Across Cultures: Practical Strategies and Legal Issues." He has given presentations to many different legal, business and international organizations, such as the International Bar Association, the International Law Section of the California State Bar, and the American Bar Association, International Law and Practice Section, and has also authored numerous articles on international and immigration law.

Mr. Rose is also significantly involved in the immigration technology field. He has completed several software engineering classes and seminars at various educational institutions in the Silicon Valley area. Mr. Rose also managed the development of a state-of-the art immigration
automation software program. He currently acts as an advisor to a leading technology company on the development of software to manage corporate immigration and global mobility.

Mr. Rose also has significant experience in handling entertainment related immigration cases both individually and in coordination with Sherman Kaplan of the firm's Southern California office. Many of his clients in the music, motion picture, and electronic games industries have garnered major international awards, including Oscars and Grammies, for their work in the USA.

Mr. Rose attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society, the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, where he received a Diploma in International Legal Studies, The Sorbonne, in Paris, France, where he received a Diploma en La Langue Francaise, and the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association.
